Rather than represent a large number of developers, Cielo Villas has chosen to only represent developers with whom the partners have direct experience of purchasing property. Consequently we believe that this gives us better direct experience of the quality of their properties and a good working relationship.

In order to offer prospective clients a good range of property designs and development locations, we have selected 2 very experienced developers and whose properties/locations are complementary, ranging from beach fronted apartments, golf and leisure facilities complex to private villas on a range of locations, both close to the towns of Moraira/Javea and also the scenic Jalon Valley.

Our role as Agents is to assist prospective purchasers from the outset of their plans to acquire property by discussing and highlighting our own direct experiences and identifying potential property options and developments which might best suit your requirements, in terms of budget, location and facilities.

We therefore recommend that you initally contact us so that we can provide useful preliminary information and which may not be readily available within the websites of the developers that we represent. We also recommend that interested parties use us to effect an introduction to our developers as this can improve communications with key personnel and avoid any unnecessary duplication of effort or confusion.

Please note that our service as Agents cost you nothing - our commissions are payable by the developer and these commissions are not paid to prospective purchasers who decide to make direct contact with a developer.

Grupo Moraira

Grupo Moraira is an Anglo/Spanish group of construction developers with an excellent range of private villa designs and locations in the Javea/Moraira and Jalon Valley areas. Summary details are noted below and further information can be obtained on their website linkage above.

  • La Solana - this is a new development located in the hills behind Pedreqeur and within 5 kms of the La Sella Golf & Sports complex, will offer the full range of property designs to interested clients.
  • Puerta del Valle - this development is located within the very scenic Jalon Valley and as with La Solana, offers prospective purchasers the full range of bungalow and villa designs, with outstanding views of the surrounding hills and mountains. The development will include both individual villas on private plotsand 2 bedroomed bungalows with communal pool facilities.
  • La Cala - located on the outskirts of Javea on the road to Cap de la Nao, this pine covered development offers clients upmarket properties and bespoke designs.
  • El Bosque - located some 800mts from the beach at Moraira, this small exclusive development offers clients larger plots (800-1500sq mts) and bespoke property designs.

Promociones Denia SL

Complementing the property designs and locations of Grupo Moraira is the developments of Promociones Denia SL, which has a number of apartment developments on the coast between Denia and Javea, together with the well established Residencia La Sella with the complete range of property options (apartments, town houses, semi-detached duplexes and private plots and villas) adjacent to the excellent La Sella Golf and Leisure complex.   • Residences La Sella -
    Located between Javea (circa 5kms) and Denia (7 kms) and lying in the foothills of Mount Montgo. La Sella comprises of over 300 hectares of gently rolling hills, set amongst orange groves, olive and almond plantations. The facilities within La Sella include:
    - 18 hole, 6289 metre, par 72 La Sella golf course
    - golf driving range
    - sports complex with 8 tennis courts, horse-riding stables
    This development has an extensive range of property types with apartments from Ptas 17,250,000, town houses from Ptas 22,250,000 and villas from Ptas 32,169,000 (including plot).
  • Residencial Tamarindo Beach
    This beach fronted range of apartments are located on the large safe sandy beaches on the northern outskirts of Denia, a town which offers residents/holiday makers a vibrant atmosphere and a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants. Apartments in this complex cost from Ptas 22,000,000.
  • Keops Residential
    This recently announced development of apartments is located adjacent to Playa Oliva and the Oliva Nova golf course. Oliva is located some 20kms along the coast from Denia and offers clients the benefits of both direct beach access and adjacent golfing facilities. Apartments are priced from Ptas 24,400,000.
