This privately owned villa is finished to a high standard and lies within the Les Fonts urbanisation, which is located on the wooded slopes opposite the hill top village of Benitachell and adjacent to the olive groves and vineyards of Partida Coma Lluca/Partida Coma Breco. Nearby (2-3kms) is Javea Golf Club (golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool) and within some 2 kms is Benitachell Bowling Club.

 

Casa Cielo enables holiday makers to enjoy the benefits of a very pleasant quiet location in an area of minimal tourist development, but within very easy driving distance to the contrasting towns of Moraira (small fishing town with wide choice of restaurants, small beaches/coves) and the bustling town of Javea and the associated nightlife, restaurants and larger beaches.

 

Accommodation at Casa Cielo comprises of 3 well proportioned bedrooms (1 double with ensuite facilities, 2 twin bedded), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave) and large lounge/dining room with double bed settee, satellite TV, video and stereo. Ceiling fans in the lounge, and all of the bedrooms.

 

The large master bedroom enjoys patio doors leading unto the sun terrace together with satellite TV and ensuite with ceiling fan..

 

Patio doors from the lounge and main bedroom lead unto the sun terraces and large feature swimming pool (9 * 4.5 metres; floodlit with 'beach' entrance, small waterfall and mature olive tree), allied to the good sized surrounding garden and barbeque area.

The Benitachell area offers holidaymakers a quiet, genuine Spanish atmosphere but with easy access (10 kms 10 minutes) to the towns/beaches and nightlife of Moraira (10kms) and Javea (10kms). Also within easy driving distances is the scenic Jalon Valley and Sierra del Ferrer mountains (30kms 30 minutes), whilst the tourist attractions of Aqualandia, Mungoland and the soon to be opened theme park, Terra Mitica are only 30 minutes drive away (40kms).

These recently developed, privately owned townhouses and apartments are finished to a high standard and are located within Residences La Sella, some 7 kms from Denia and lying in the foothills of Mount Montgo. La Sella comprises of over 300 hectares of gently rolling hills, set amongst orange groves, olive and almond plantations and within easy travelling distance of the towns of Denia, Javea and villages of La Xara and Pedregeur.

The townhouses and apartments enable holiday makers to enjoy the benefits of a very pleasant quiet location in an area of controlled tourist development, within very easy driving distance to the contrasting towns of Denia (large town with regular ferries to the Balearic Islands, large fishing port and tourist destination) and the bustling town of Javea and the associated nightlife, restaurants and beaches.

The townhouses are 2 and 3 bedroomed on 2 or 3 floors and feature terraces to the front and rear whilst in the 3 bedroomed townhouse, there is the added benefit of a roof terrace with panoramic views across the countryside. The townhouses are fully equipped and sleep up to 6 in comfort - air conditioning is available for an extra cost.

The apartments are either ground or first floor and feature 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave) and large lounge/dining room with satellite TV, video and stereo. Patio doors from the lounge/dining area lead unto the sun terrace overlooking the large feature communal swimming pool (15 x 9 metres) and gardens.

The townhouses and apartments are located within the Augusta complex and which is directly adjacent to the 18 hole golf course.

The Denia area offers golfers/sports enthusiasts and holiday makers a genuine Spanish atmosphere with a number of excellent large beaches (7kms) with easy access to the towns/beaches and nightlife of Javea (10kms). Also within easy driving distances is the smaller fishing port/resort of Moraira (20kms) and the scenic Jalon Valley and Sierra del Ferrer mountains (20kms - 20 minutes), whilst the tourist attractions of Aqualandia, Mungoland and the recently opened theme park, Terra Mitica, are only 45 minutes drive away (50 kms).
